Ingredients

  • 1banana

    100 g peeled

  • 10dates

    pitted

  • 10hazelnuts
  • 160 gdark chocolate
  • 1 tbspolive oil

Instructions

  1. Blend banana smooth and portion alongside dates and hazelnuts as the filling.

  2. Melt dark chocolate with olive oil.

  3. Coat each filling bite with chocolate as shown.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets.
