    raisins, dried apricots, dates, prunes — recipe 1

  • 100 grolled oats

  • ½ tspnutmeg

  • 25 mlorange juice

    or water, recipe 1

  • 25 mldate syrup

    or agave, maple or honey — recipe 1

  • 5 mlolive oil

Instructions

  1. Recipe 1: chop half of the nuts with a knife and half the dried fruits with a knife.

  2. Grind the remaining nuts and dried fruits in a blender.

  3. Combine with rolled oats, nutmeg, orange juice, date syrup and olive oil; mix well.

  4. Shape into bars on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 20 to .

  5. Recipe 2: blend dates with sunflower seeds, adding 1 to 3 tablespoons water as needed.

  6. Add nutmeg, lemon juice and coconut flakes; mix well.
