Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 1 cupflaxseed
  • ½ cupchia seeds
  • 500 mlwater
  • 4 tbspsesame seeds
  • 4 tbspsunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsppumpkin seeds
  • salt

    a little

  • sweet paprika
  • turmeric
  • oregano
  • 4 tbspolive oil

Instructions

  1. Soak flax and chia seeds in water for

  2. Stir in sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds

  3. Add salt, paprika, turmeric, oregano and olive oil

  4. Spread the mixture in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet

  5. Score into cracker shapes

  6. Bake at 180 C for 25-

  7. Dry in the oven at 150 C until crisp
