  • 150 gwhite chocolate

    sugar-free

  • 50 mloat milk
  • 30 gcoconut oil
  • 75 galmonds

    boiled, peeled, pan-toasted

  • 50 gcoconut sugar
  • 20 mlwater
  • 50 gcoconut flour

Instructions

  1. Melt 150g white chocolate with 50ml oat milk and 30g coconut oil until smooth, then chill for .

  2. Boil 75g almonds for , peel, then pan-toast and caramelise with 50g coconut sugar and 20ml water.

  3. Lightly grind 50g coconut flour and the cooled caramel almonds, adding 5-7 tablespoons to the set chocolate layer.

  4. Press into a mould, top with remaining coconut shreds, then freeze for .

  5. Transfer to the fridge to finish setting, then slice into bars.
