- 150 gwhite chocolate
sugar-free
- 50 mloat milk
- 30 gcoconut oil
- 75 galmonds
boiled, peeled, pan-toasted
- 50 gcoconut sugar
- 20 mlwater
- 50 gcoconut flour
Instructions
Melt 150g white chocolate with 50ml oat milk and 30g coconut oil until smooth, then chill for .
Boil 75g almonds for , peel, then pan-toast and caramelise with 50g coconut sugar and 20ml water.
Lightly grind 50g coconut flour and the cooled caramel almonds, adding 5-7 tablespoons to the set chocolate layer.
Press into a mould, top with remaining coconut shreds, then freeze for .
Transfer to the fridge to finish setting, then slice into bars.
