- 250 gdates
soaked in hot water
- 50 gwalnuts
pan-toasted
- 50 galmonds
pan-toasted
- 50 ghazelnuts
pan-toasted
- 120 goats
pan-toasted
- 20 gcocoa powder
Instructions
Soak 250g dates in hot water until soft, then pit and peel.
Pan-toast 50g each of walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts along with 120g oats.
Blend 2/3 of the toasted nuts and oats with the dates into a sticky paste.
Mix in 20g cocoa and fold through the remaining whole nuts and oats.
Press into a mould and chill briefly or serve right away.
