Ingredients

- 100 gdates
soaked in hot water
- 200 gsunflower seeds
pan-toasted
- 20 gwhite sesame seeds
- 60 gmilk powder
- 1 tbspcocoa powder
- 3 tbspagave syrup
or water
- 100 gwhite chocolate
sugar-free
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
Soak 100g dates in hot water until soft, then pit and peel.
Pan-toast 200g sunflower seeds with 20g white sesame and blend with 60g milk powder and 1 tablespoon cocoa.
Blend 4 tablespoons of the seed mix with the dates and 3 tablespoons agave syrup into a fudgy paste.
Press into a mould and top with 100g melted white chocolate and 2 tablespoons oil.
Chill in the fridge until the chocolate layer is fully set, then slice into bars.
