- 100 gsesame seeds
pan-toasted, ground
- 150 gdates
- 30 gdried apricots
- 30 gprunes
- 50 gsunflower seeds
pan-toasted, for coating
Instructions
Toast 100g sesame seeds and grind in a blender.
Blend 150g dates, 30g apricots and 30g prunes together into a uniform paste.
Mix the ground sesame with the fruit paste until a stiff candy mass forms.
Shape into small rounds.
Toast 50g sunflower seeds and roll each candy in them; chill before serving.
