Ingredients

  • 300 gpumpkin seeds

    raw, divided

  • 1banana
  • 5dates

    soft Iranian preferred

Instructions

  1. Blend most of the 300g raw pumpkin seeds, reserving 2-3 tablespoons for rolling.

  2. Add 1 banana and 5 pitted soft dates to the blender.

  3. Blend until a sticky mass forms.

  4. Chill the mass in the fridge for 10-.

  5. Shape into truffles and roll in the reserved ground pumpkin seeds.
