raw, divided
- 1banana
- 5dates
soft Iranian preferred
Instructions
Blend most of the 300g raw pumpkin seeds, reserving 2-3 tablespoons for rolling.
Add 1 banana and 5 pitted soft dates to the blender.
Blend until a sticky mass forms.
Chill the mass in the fridge for 10-.
Shape into truffles and roll in the reserved ground pumpkin seeds.
