Ingredients
Ingredients updated to metric measurements
- 300 gpeanuts
toasted
- 30 ghazelnuts
- 5 tbspcocoa powder
- 3 tbspjerusalem artichoke syrup
or other sugar-free syrup
- 250 gplain yogurt
- oat flour
for coating
Instructions
Toast peanuts in a pan; grind with hazelnuts.
Combine with cocoa, syrup and yogurt into a dough.
Shape small truffles.
Roll each in oat flour.
Chill before serving.
