No-Bake Peanut Banana Chocolate Bites

Frozen banana chunks wrapped in peanut butter and chopped toasted peanuts, then dipped in dark chocolate. Snickers-style bites without flour, eggs or refined sugar.

Ingredients

  • 3bananas
  • 100 gpeanuts

    pan-toasted and chopped

  • 100 gpeanut butter
  • 200 gdark chocolate

    melted

  • 1 tbspvegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Slice 3 bananas into chunks.

  2. Pan-toast 100g peanuts and chop coarsely.

  3. Coat each banana chunk in peanut butter, then roll in the chopped peanuts and freeze for .

  4. Melt 200g dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon oil and dip each frozen piece to coat.

  5. Return to the fridge until the chocolate shell is set.
