Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 3 tbspblack sesame seeds
  • 3 tbspwhite sesame seeds
  • 130 grolled oats
  • 110 gdates

    pitted

  • 50 gdried cranberries

    or raisins

  • 30 gcoconut oil
  • 90 galmonds
  • 90 gpeanuts
  • 50 gpumpkin seeds

    pan-toasted

  • olive oil

    for the mold

Instructions

  1. Combine black and white sesame seeds, rolled oats, dates, cranberries and coconut oil in a mixer; blend until sticky.

  2. Pan-toast almonds, peanuts and pumpkin seeds, then coarsely chop.

  3. Fold the toasted nuts and seeds into the oat date mixture.

  4. Grease the mold with olive oil and press the mixture in firmly.

  5. Brush the top with oil and flatten evenly.

  6. Refrigerate until firm and cut into bars.
