No-Bake Oat Caramel Bars with Walnuts
Pan-caramelised oats with date syrup, set into bars and half-dipped in white chocolate with toasted walnuts. Flour-free and sugar-free.

- 30 gwalnuts
pan-toasted, then blended
- 200 goats
lightly toasted
- 4 tbspdate syrup
- 50 gwhite chocolate
melted
Instructions
Toast 30g walnuts and blend to crumbs.
Lightly toast 200g oats, then stir in 4 tablespoons date syrup and cook until the mass starts to caramelise.
Press the caramel oats into bar moulds and chill in the fridge.
Melt 50g white chocolate and dip one side of each bar.
Sprinkle with the walnut crumbs and return to the fridge until the chocolate sets.
