Ingredients

  • 150 gdates

    soaked in hot water

  • 100 gwalnuts

    pan-toasted

  • 100 gpumpkin seeds

    pan-toasted

  • 50 gchia seeds
  • 40 gcoconut flakes
  • 50 gflaxseeds

Instructions

  1. Soak 150g dates in hot water, pit and peel.

  2. Pan-toast 100g walnuts and 100g pumpkin seeds, then blend lightly.

  3. Blend the dates to a smooth paste and combine with the nuts, seeds, 50g chia, 40g coconut flakes and 50g flaxseeds.

  4. Press into a lined mould firmly.

  5. Chill for 15-, then slice into bars.
