- 150 gdates
soaked in hot water
- 100 gwalnuts
pan-toasted
- 100 gpumpkin seeds
pan-toasted
- 50 gchia seeds
- 40 gcoconut flakes
- 50 gflaxseeds
Instructions
Soak 150g dates in hot water, pit and peel.
Pan-toast 100g walnuts and 100g pumpkin seeds, then blend lightly.
Blend the dates to a smooth paste and combine with the nuts, seeds, 50g chia, 40g coconut flakes and 50g flaxseeds.
Press into a lined mould firmly.
Chill for 15-, then slice into bars.
