Ingredients

- 200 gpeanuts
toasted, peeled
- 200 gbanana pulp
- 50 gcocoa powder
about 3 tbsp
- 35 gcrispbread
3-4 pieces
- 70 gpeanuts
chopped, for topping
Instructions
Toast the peanuts in advance; grind 200 g in a blender.
Blend banana pulp with ground peanuts and cocoa until smooth.
Place crumbled crispbread on plastic film and top with 70 g chopped peanuts.
Spread the banana-chocolate mixture on top and shape into a slab.
Chill for several hours; remove before serving and slice.
