Keto Chia Flaxseed Crackers with Turmeric
Crispy keto crackers made from chia, flax, sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds with turmeric and paprika. Sugar-free, flour-free, great for gut health.

Ingredients
- 480 mlwater
- 110 gchia seeds
- 200 gflaxseed
half ground
- 40 gsunflower seeds
- 20 gpumpkin seeds
- 40 gsesame seeds
- ½ tsporegano
- ½ tspturmeric
- ½ tspsweet paprika
- 30 mlolive oil
- salt
to taste
Instructions
Combine water, chia seeds and flaxseed (grind half)
Add sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds
Mix in oregano, turmeric, sweet paprika, olive oil and salt
Stir well and let sit for
Spread thinly on a greased baking sheet
Score cracker lines with a knife
Bake for 25- at 180 C
Lower temperature to 150 C and dry with door ajar until crisp
