Chia Sesame Date Nut Balls (No-Bake, Vegan)

Mixed walnut, hazelnut and cashew balls bound by dates and coated in toasted sesame and chia. Ready in 5 minutes, no sugar, no flour, no oven.

Ingredients

  • 40 gwalnuts

    pan-toasted

  • 40 ghazelnuts

    pan-toasted

  • 40 gcashews

    pan-toasted

  • 120 gdates
  • 15 gchia seeds
  • 15 gsesame seeds

    pre-toasted

Instructions

  1. Toast 40g walnuts, 40g hazelnuts and 40g cashews in a dry pan.

  2. Blend 120g dates into a sticky paste.

  3. Mix the date paste with the toasted nuts and shape into small round balls.

  4. Roll each ball in a blend of 15g chia and 15g toasted sesame seeds.

  5. Chill briefly or serve immediately.
