Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 190 gavocado

    1 ripe, pulp only

  • 30 ghazelnuts

    roasted

  • 100 gdark chocolate

    melted in microwave on defrost

  • vegetable oil

    for toasting bread

  • bread

    for serving

Instructions

  1. Blend avocado pulp until smooth.

  2. Add roasted hazelnuts.

  3. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave on the defrost mode.

  4. Combine everything and mix well.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator.

  6. Toast slices of bread in a pan with vegetable oil until golden.

  7. Serve the spread on the toasted bread.
