  • 90 gpeanuts
  • 1banana
  • 2 tbspdate syrup
  • 50 gpumpkin seeds

    for rolling

Instructions

  1. Blend 90g peanuts, 1 banana and 2 tablespoons date syrup to a sticky mass.

  2. Chill in the freezer for 10- to firm up.

  3. Grind 50g pumpkin seeds in a blender.

  4. Shape the peanut mass into truffles and roll each in the ground seeds.

  5. Keep refrigerated and serve chilled.
