Ingredients

  • 200 ghazelnuts

    toasted

  • 1 tbspcocoa powder
  • 200 gdates

    pitted

  • 3 tbspolive oil

    optional

Instructions

  1. Toast hazelnuts and grind.

  2. Blend dates with olive oil into a paste.

  3. Combine the ground hazelnuts, cocoa and date paste.

  4. Press the mass into a plastic-lined baking form.

  5. Store in the refrigerator; slice into bars before serving.
