  • 150 galmond flour

  • 30 gsunflower seeds

    crushed

  • 10 gchia seeds
  • ½ tspgarlic powder
  • ½ tsporegano
  • 1 tspbaking powder

  • 15 gsesame seeds
  • salt

    to taste

  • 225 gzucchini

    finely grated

  • 1egg
  • 30 mlapple cider vinegar
  • 45 mlolive oil

    extra virgin

Instructions

  1. Whisk 150g almond flour, 20g ground flax, 30g sunflower seeds, 10g chia, garlic powder, oregano, baking powder, 15g sesame and salt.

  2. Fold in 225g finely grated zucchini, 1 egg, 30ml apple cider vinegar and 45ml olive oil until a thick paste forms.

  3. Spread the dough thinly on an oiled tray, score into cracker shapes and bake at 150°C (300°F) for .

  4. Crack the oven door and dry at 110-130°C (230°F) for a further 30- until shatteringly crisp.
