- 225 gzucchini

- 1egg
- 30 mlapple cider vinegar
- 45 mlolive oil

Instructions
Whisk 150g almond flour, 20g ground flax, 30g sunflower seeds, 10g chia, garlic powder, oregano, baking powder, 15g sesame and salt.
Fold in 225g finely grated zucchini, 1 egg, 30ml apple cider vinegar and 45ml olive oil until a thick paste forms.
Spread the dough thinly on an oiled tray, score into cracker shapes and bake at 150°C (300°F) for .
Crack the oven door and dry at 110-130°C (230°F) for a further 30- until shatteringly crisp.
