  • 100 gflaxseed
  • 200 mlwater
  • 1 tspdried garlic
  • 1 tsporegano
  • pinchsalt
  • 50 gpumpkin seeds
  • 50 gsesame seeds
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 130 grye flour

Instructions

  1. Soak 100g flaxseed in 200ml water for .

  2. Stir in 1 teaspoon dried garlic, 1 teaspoon oregano, salt, 50g pumpkin seeds, 50g sesame seeds and 2 tablespoons olive oil.

  3. Mix in 130g rye flour until a moldable dough forms.

  4. Spread thin on a greased 31x26cm tray; bake at 160-180°C for 25-.

  5. Flip and bake another ; cool and break into crackers.
