Ingredients

  • 100 gpeanuts

    for the base

  • 70 galmond flour
  • 90 grice flour
  • pinchsalt
  • ½ tspbaking powder
  • 50 gapplesauce

    or banana

  • 65 gcoconut oil
  • 1 tbspdate syrup
  • 260 gdates

    soaked in hot water and peeled

  • 100 mloat milk

    or coconut milk

  • 100 gpeanuts

    roasted, for the caramel

  • 100 gdark chocolate

    melted

Instructions

  1. Mix 70g almond flour, 90g rice flour, a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

  2. Stir in 50g applesauce, 65g coconut oil, 1 tablespoon date syrup and 100g peanuts; wrap and chill for .

  3. Press into bar shape and bake at 180°C for 10-.

  4. Soak 260g dates, peel and blend with 100ml oat milk; cook until thick, then stir in 100g roasted peanuts.

  5. Spread the peanut-date caramel on the bars, brush with 100g melted dark chocolate and chill to set.
