Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 110 gwalnuts

    chopped

  • salt

    to taste

  • dried garlic
  • black pepper
  • 100 ghard cheese

    cheddar or Parmesan, grated

  • 2 pieceeggs

    yolk separated

Instructions

  1. Chop walnuts with a knife

  2. Mix with salt, dried garlic and black pepper

  3. Add grated hard cheese

  4. Stir in eggs (yolk aside for brushing)

  5. Drizzle with vegetable oil and shape into crackers

  6. Bake at 175 C (350 F) for 12- until golden

  7. Finish crisping at 110 C (230 F) for 5-
