  • 100 galmond flour
  • 10 gpsyllium husk
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • salt

    to taste

  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds
  • 1avocado

  • 30 gParmesan

    for spread

  • 30 gcream cheese

    for spread

Instructions

  1. Puree spinach with eggs and olive oil, then whisk in almond flour, psyllium, salt and garlic powder.

  2. Let the batter rest to thicken, then spread in a greased rectangular pan and scatter with sesame seeds.

  3. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25- until firm and golden; cool before slicing into bars.

  4. Mash avocado with Parmesan and cream cheese, then spread generously over each cooled bar.
