- 150 galmond flour
- 14 gflax meal
- ½ tspdried garlic
- 1 tspItalian herbs
- ¼ tspsalt
- 1egg
- 30 mlolive oil
- 3 tbspwater
as needed
Instructions
Mix almond flour, flax meal, dried garlic, Italian herbs and salt, then fold in the chopped dill, egg and olive oil.
Add water a spoon at a time and knead into a firm, cohesive dough.
Roll thin between two sheets of parchment, then cut into bite-sized squares or rectangles.
Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 18- until the edges are dry; cool completely for maximum crispness.
