  • 150 galmond flour
  • 14 gflax meal
  • ½ tspdried garlic
  • 1 tspItalian herbs
  • ¼ tspsalt
  • 1egg
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 3 tbspwater

Instructions

  1. Mix almond flour, flax meal, dried garlic, Italian herbs and salt, then fold in the chopped dill, egg and olive oil.

  2. Add water a spoon at a time and knead into a firm, cohesive dough.

  3. Roll thin between two sheets of parchment, then cut into bite-sized squares or rectangles.

  4. Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 18- until the edges are dry; cool completely for maximum crispness.
