Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 80 gsunflower seeds
  • 40 gpumpkin seeds
  • 40 gchia seeds
  • 40 gwhite sesame
  • 40 gblack sesame
  • 2 tbsppsyllium husk
  • 1 tspItalian herbs
  • ½ tspsalt
  • 120 gcold water

Instructions

  1. Mix 80g sunflower seeds, 40g pumpkin seeds, 40g chia, 40g white and 40g black sesame with 2 tablespoons psyllium, 1 teaspoon Italian herbs and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

  2. Pour in 120g cold water and mix thoroughly.

  3. Let the mixture rest for 15- until the psyllium gels.

  4. Spread thin on a 25×25cm lined tray and score into cracker shapes.

  5. Bake at 160°C for 35- until fully crisp.
