- 100 gflaxseed
ground
- 80 gchia seeds
- 30 gpumpkin seeds
- 18 gsunflower seeds
- 18 gsesame seeds
- 10 gpsyllium husk
- salt
to taste
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 1 tsppaprika
- 1 goregano
dried
- 75 gspinach
fresh
- 120 mlwater
- 30 mlolive oil
Instructions
Blend spinach with water into a smooth puree.
Combine ground flax, chia, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, psyllium, salt, garlic powder, paprika and oregano.
Stir in the spinach puree and olive oil, then rest 10- until thickened.
Spread thinly between two sheets of parchment, score into squares and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25- until dry.
Cool completely and break along the score lines for maximum crispness.
