Ingredients

  • 100 gflaxseed

    ground

  • 80 gchia seeds
  • 30 gpumpkin seeds
  • 18 gsunflower seeds
  • 18 gsesame seeds
  • 10 gpsyllium husk
  • salt

    to taste

  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 goregano

    dried

  • 75 gspinach

    fresh

  • 120 mlwater
  • 30 mlolive oil

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach with water into a smooth puree.

  2. Combine ground flax, chia, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, psyllium, salt, garlic powder, paprika and oregano.

  3. Stir in the spinach puree and olive oil, then rest 10- until thickened.

  4. Spread thinly between two sheets of parchment, score into squares and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25- until dry.

  5. Cool completely and break along the score lines for maximum crispness.
