Ingredients

  • 120 gGreek yogurt
  • 2eggs
  • 4 gsweetener

    to taste

  • 5 mlvanilla extract
  • lime zest

    to taste

  • 1 tsplime juice
  • pinchsalt
  • 25 gcocoa powder

    unsweetened

  • 40 gwalnuts

    chopped

  • 120 galmond flour
  • 8 gbaking powder
  • 60 gfrozen berries

Instructions

  1. Whisk Greek yogurt with eggs, sweetener, vanilla, lime zest, lime juice and salt.

  2. Stir in cocoa, most of the chopped walnuts and half the almond flour.

  3. Fold in the remaining almond flour and baking powder, then gently mix in frozen berries.

  4. Spoon into greased muffin tins, sprinkle the reserved walnuts on top and bake at 356°F (180°C) for 30-.
