- 200 mlwarm milk
- 200 mlwarm water
- 10 gsugar
- 10 gdry yeast
- salt
- 30 gvegetable oil
- 600 gflour
about 5 cups
- 1egg
for egg wash
- 1 tbspmilk

Instructions
Combine warm milk, warm water, sugar, yeast, salt and vegetable oil.
Add flour gradually in three portions and knead into a soft dough.
Grease dough and hands with oil; cover with film and let rise in a warm place.
Split the dough in half, roll out one part and shape the loaf.
Cover and rest 15-; score the top and brush with the egg-milk wash.
Bake at 200 °C for 35- until deeply golden.
