  • 200 mlwarm water
  • 10 gsugar
  • 10 gdry yeast
  • salt
  • 30 gvegetable oil
  • 600 gflour

Instructions

  1. Combine warm milk, warm water, sugar, yeast, salt and oil.

  2. Add flour gradually and knead into a soft dough.

  3. Rest the dough in a warm place until doubled, about .

  4. Shape the loaf in a tin and let it rise again briefly.
