Ingredients

  • 1 pieceapple
  • 30 gbutter
  • 20 gsugar

    for apple layer

  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • lemon juice
  • 20 mlwater
  • 1 pieceegg
  • 40 gsugar

    for batter

  • 200 gsour cream
  • 130 gwheat flour
  • 10 gbaking powder

Instructions

  1. Slice the apple and cook in the pan with butter, 20 g sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and water until softened.

  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg with 40 g sugar, sour cream, wheat flour and baking powder.

  3. Pour the batter over the cooked apples in the pan.

  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 to until set.

  5. Flip the cake and cook another 5 to until golden.

  6. Serve warm.
