Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 3 pieceeggs

    for base

  • vanilla

    to taste

  • 3 tbsperythritol
  • 60 gbutter

    melted

  • 120 galmond flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • salt

    a little

  • 250 gmascarpone
  • 1 pieceegg

    for filling

  • 1 gvanilla powder
  • 3 tbsperythritol

    for filling

  • ¼ tspxanthan gum
  • 120 gstrawberries

Instructions

  1. For base: mix eggs, vanilla, erythritol and melted butter

  2. Add almond flour, baking powder and salt

  3. Spread 1/4 of the dough on a greased pan

  4. Bake at 170 C (340 F) for 10-

  5. For filling: mix mascarpone, egg, vanilla powder and erythritol

  6. Gradually add xanthan gum

  7. Top baked base with mascarpone filling and strawberries

  8. Spread the rest of the dough on top

  9. Bake for at 180 C (350 F)

  10. Top with remaining mascarpone and strawberries
