Ingredients

  • 350 gwheat flour

  • 5 gdry yeast
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 210 mlwater

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour and combine with dry yeast, sugar and salt.

  2. Pour in warm water and vegetable oil; knead into a smooth dough.

  3. Cover with plastic wrap and rest in a warm place for .

  4. Shape the loaf and let it rise again in a warm place.

  5. Brush with a mixture of milk and oil; score the top if desired.

  6. Bake at 180 °C for until golden.
