    large, sliced

  • butter

  • 2eggs
  • 100 gsugar
  • vanillin
  • 200 gwheat flour
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 100 mlmilk

    at room temperature

Instructions

  1. Grease the baking pan with butter and arrange the sliced apples.

  2. Whisk eggs, sugar and vanillin until fluffy.

  3. Stir in flour, baking powder and milk until smooth.

  4. Pour the batter over the apples.

  5. Bake at 180 °C for 25- until set.
