Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 gbuckwheat flour

    1 cup

  • 1 tbspflaxseed flour
  • salt
  • pinchblack pepper
  • 1 tbsporegano
  • 5 tbspvegetable oil
  • 30 tbspcold water

    added gradually

  • sesame seeds

    white and black, for topping

  • sunflower seeds

    toasted, for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine buckwheat flour, flaxseed flour, salt, black pepper, oregano and oil.

  2. Add cold water gradually until a sticky dough forms.

  3. Roll the dough thinly and sprinkle with sesame and sunflower seeds; press in.

  4. Cut into crackers and place on a lined tray.

  5. Bake at 160 °C for 35-, then with the oven door ajar to crisp up.
