Ingredients

- 100 galmond flour
- salt
to taste
- 10 gbaking powder
- 1 tspdried garlic
- ½ tspsmoked paprika
- 2 tbspsesame seeds
- 2 tbspsunflower seeds
- 50 gParmesan
grated
- 120 gyogurt
plain, unsweetened
- 30 mlolive oil
Instructions
Whisk 100g almond flour, salt, 10g baking powder, 1 teaspoon dried garlic, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 2 tablespoons sesame and 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds.
Stir in 50g grated Parmesan, 120g plain yogurt and 30ml olive oil until smooth.
Transfer to a piping bag and pipe small crackers onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12- until golden and crisp.
