Instructions

  1. Drink 1: steep a handful of parsley in boiling water for with lemon and optional cranberries, then stir and sip in place of tea.

  2. Drink 2: blend 400ml kefir with parsley and 1 kiwi for a refreshing evening smoothie used twice daily for one week as a dinner swap.

  3. Drink 3: blend 1 cucumber with lemon (pitted), parsley and 400ml water and drink a glass before bed for 2 weeks.

  4. Consult a doctor before any detox plan as contraindications may apply.
