Ingredients
- 75 gsunflower seeds
lightly toasted
- 200 gdark chocolate
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
- 75 gsultanas
Instructions
Lightly toast sunflower seeds.
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave (defrost mode).
Stir 1 tablespoon vegetable oil into the melted chocolate.
Pour a first layer of chocolate into muffin cups.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and sultanas.
Cover with the remaining chocolate.
Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.

Beautiful to look at and very tasty. My family requests these for special occasions.
Too sweet for my taste. Raisins and chocolate together was too much. Would use fewer raisins next time.
