Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 75 gsunflower seeds

    lightly toasted

  • 200 gdark chocolate
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • 75 gsultanas

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast sunflower seeds.

  2. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave (defrost mode).

  3. Stir 1 tablespoon vegetable oil into the melted chocolate.

  4. Pour a first layer of chocolate into muffin cups.

  5. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and sultanas.

  6. Cover with the remaining chocolate.

  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
