Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 150 galmonds

    lightly pan-toasted

  • 180 gdates
  • 1 tbspsyrup

    Jerusalem artichoke, or honey

  • coconut flakes

    for coating

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast almonds in a pan.

  2. Grind the almonds in a mixer.

  3. Add dates and continue blending until smooth.

  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of syrup.

  5. Roll into round shapes.

  6. Coat each truffle in coconut flakes on all sides.

  7. Serve immediately.
