  • 170 gwhite sesame seeds
  • 4 tbspdate syrup
  • 70 gdark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Toast white sesame seeds in a pan.

  2. Add date syrup and cook until the mixture begins to caramelize.

  3. Press into molds and freeze in the refrigerator until set.

  4. Melt dark chocolate in a water bath or microwave.

  5. Coat the sesame pieces in melted chocolate.

  6. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
