No-Bake Almond Coconut Persimmon Chocolate Dessert
A rich no-bake layered dessert of toasted almonds, dates, coconut flakes, banana, persimmon and dark chocolate. No flour, no eggs, no white sugar — chilled until firm.

Ingredients
- 200 galmonds
pan-toasted
- 100 gdates
- 80 gcoconut flakes
- 120 gbanana pulp
- 80 gpersimmon pulp
- 100 gdark chocolate
- 3 tbspcoconut flakes
for topping
Instructions
Toast almonds in a pan.
Lightly chop dates in a mixer.
Blend banana pulp and persimmon pulp finely in a mixer.
Combine almonds, dates, coconut flakes, banana and persimmon puree.
Stir in dark chocolate (chopped or melted) and mix well.
Press into a mold and top with 3 tablespoons of coconut flakes.
Refrigerate for several hours until firm.
