Ingredients

  • 200 galmonds

    pan-toasted

  • 100 gdates
  • 80 gcoconut flakes
  • 120 gbanana pulp
  • 80 gpersimmon pulp
  • 100 gdark chocolate
  • 3 tbspcoconut flakes

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Toast almonds in a pan.

  2. Lightly chop dates in a mixer.

  3. Blend banana pulp and persimmon pulp finely in a mixer.

  4. Combine almonds, dates, coconut flakes, banana and persimmon puree.

  5. Stir in dark chocolate (chopped or melted) and mix well.

  6. Press into a mold and top with 3 tablespoons of coconut flakes.

  7. Refrigerate for several hours until firm.
