- 80 gbutter
cold, or coconut oil
- 180 goats
120g blended plus 60g whole
- 60 gcoconut sugar
- 2peaches
sliced
- 1banana
sliced
- olive oil

Instructions
Blend 120g oats with 80g cold butter and 60g coconut sugar in a mixer until crumbly.
Add 60g more oats a spoon at a time if the dough is too soft, keeping a crumble texture.
Oil a baking dish and layer sliced peaches and banana on the bottom.
Cover the fruit evenly with the oat crumble.
Bake at 190°C for 20- until the topping is golden.
