Ingredients

  • 80 gbutter

    cold, or coconut oil

  • 180 goats

    120g blended plus 60g whole

  • 60 gcoconut sugar
  • 2peaches

    sliced

  • 1banana

    sliced

  • olive oil

    for the tin

Instructions

  1. Blend 120g oats with 80g cold butter and 60g coconut sugar in a mixer until crumbly.

  2. Add 60g more oats a spoon at a time if the dough is too soft, keeping a crumble texture.

  3. Oil a baking dish and layer sliced peaches and banana on the bottom.

  4. Cover the fruit evenly with the oat crumble.

  5. Bake at 190°C for 20- until the topping is golden.
