  • 100 gcream cheese

    soft

  • 70 mlsunflower oil
  • pinchsalt
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 230 gflour
  • 12 gbaking powder
  • 2apples

    sliced thin

  • 1 tbspsugar

    for top

  • butter

    a few slices for top

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs with sugar, vanillin, cream cheese, sunflower oil, salt and lemon juice.

  2. Stir in flour and baking powder to a smooth batter.

  3. Butter the pan and dust with flour; pour in the batter.

  4. Arrange the sliced apples on top and sprinkle with sugar and butter slices.

  5. Bake at 180 °C for about until golden.
