- 100 gcream cheese
soft
- 70 mlsunflower oil
- pinchsalt
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 230 gflour
- 12 gbaking powder
- 2apples
sliced thin
- 1 tbspsugar
for top
- butter
a few slices for top
Instructions
Whisk eggs with sugar, vanillin, cream cheese, sunflower oil, salt and lemon juice.
Stir in flour and baking powder to a smooth batter.
Butter the pan and dust with flour; pour in the batter.
Arrange the sliced apples on top and sprinkle with sugar and butter slices.
Bake at 180 °C for about until golden.
