- 2eggs
- 100 gsugar
- 100 mlmilk
- 50 mlsunflower oil
- 30 gcoconut flakes
- 160 gflour
- 10 gvanilla sugar
- 10 gbaking powder
Instructions
Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
Stir in milk, sunflower oil and coconut flakes.
Sift in flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder; combine into a smooth batter.
Grease the baking pan with butter and pour in the batter.
Bake at 180-200 °C for 30- until golden.
