Ingredients

  • 180 grolled oats

    lightly pan-toasted

  • 300 gbanana pulp

    from 2 bananas 490 g

  • 200 gdark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast rolled oats in a pan.

  2. Blend the banana pulp in a mixer.

  3. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave on defrost.

  4. Combine oats, banana puree and melted chocolate; mix thoroughly.

  5. Transfer to a cake form.

  6. Freeze for at least before slicing.
