3-Ingredient Chocolate Oat Banana Cake — Gluten-Free, No Sugar, No Flour
A no-bake chocolate oat banana cake with only three ingredients — lightly toasted oats, ripe banana puree and melted dark chocolate. Set in the freezer and sliced like a chocolate bar.

Ingredients
- 180 grolled oats
lightly pan-toasted
- 300 gbanana pulp
from 2 bananas 490 g
- 200 gdark chocolate
Instructions
Lightly toast rolled oats in a pan.
Blend the banana pulp in a mixer.
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave on defrost.
Combine oats, banana puree and melted chocolate; mix thoroughly.
Transfer to a cake form.
Freeze for at least before slicing.
