- 400 gwhole wheat flour
- 300 mlwater
- 1 tspsalt
- 5 gyeast
- 40 ghoney
- 30 golive oil
- 25 gmilk powder
Instructions
Combine 400g whole wheat flour with 300ml water and mix well; rest for .
Add 1 teaspoon salt, 5g yeast, 40g honey, 30g olive oil and 25g milk powder; mix until blended.
Knead into a smooth dough, grease the bowl with oil and rest .
Divide into 3 parts and shape into balls; rest another hour.
Place the three balls in a greased baking dish and proof more in a warm spot.
Bake at 170°C for until golden; cool before slicing.
