Ingredients

  • 100 grice flour
  • 3 tbspboiling water
  • 30 gcoconut oil
  • 100 gprunes
  • 50 gwalnuts
  • 2bananas
  • 150 gsour cream
  • 2 tbsphoney

Instructions

  1. Mix 100g rice flour with 2 tablespoons boiling water and 30g coconut oil; add one more tablespoon water and chill .

  2. Soak 100g prunes in boiling water; toast 50g walnuts in a dry pan.

  3. Press the dough into a greased tart pan and arrange sliced bananas and drained prunes on top.

  4. Whisk 150g sour cream with 2 tablespoons honey and pour over the filling; scatter walnuts.

  5. Bake at 170°C for until set; cool before slicing.
