  • 350 gprunes
  • 100 goats
  • 1egg
  • 100 mlyogurt
  • pinchsalt
  • 100 gerythritol
  • 40 gbutter
  • 3 tbspcarob
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Instructions

  1. Soak 350g prunes in boiling water until soft.

  2. Whisk 1 egg, 100ml yogurt, a pinch of salt and 100g erythritol; stir in 40g butter.

  3. Fold in 100g oats, 3 tablespoons carob and 1 teaspoon baking powder; add the drained prunes.

  4. Grease a baking dish with oil and spread the batter evenly.

  5. Bake at 200°C for 30- until set; cool before slicing.
