  • 3eggs
  • pinchsalt
  • 1 gvanilla
  • 130 gcoconut sugar
  • 50 gbutter
  • 180 gyogurt
  • 170 galmond flour
  • 100 ggreen buckwheat flour
  • 1orange

    zested and sliced

Instructions

  1. Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt, 1g vanilla and 130g coconut sugar until fluffy.

  2. Whisk in 50g melted butter and 180g yogurt.

  3. Fold in 170g almond flour and 100g green buckwheat flour until smooth.

  4. Pour into an oiled 20x20cm tin, arrange orange slices on top and dust with 1 tablespoon coconut sugar.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 25- until a skewer comes out clean.
