No-Bake Nut Brittle Candies — Sugar-Free, Flour-Free, Gluten-Free
A homemade nut brittle made with walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews and peanuts, caramelized in date syrup with lemon zest and half-dipped in dark chocolate. No white sugar, no flour, no baking.

Ingredients
- 50 gwalnuts
- 50 ghazelnuts
- 50 gcashews
- 50 gpeanuts
- lemon zest
- 4 tbspdate syrup
- 100 gdark chocolate
Instructions
Rinse walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews and peanuts with water.
Toast in the oven at 180 degrees C for , then coarsely chop in a mixer.
In a pan, cook lemon zest with date syrup for 1 to .
Add the nuts and cook 1 to 3 more minutes.
Press into a mold and freeze for .
Cut into pieces.
Melt dark chocolate in a water bath; coat half of the pieces in chocolate.
Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
